Ray's Flooring did an excellent job in my new home in Charleston! They did over 1700 ft2 of Vinyl planks, 26 stairs, and they also removed all the old laminate and tile. They made sure that this project was organized from start to finish making this a very easy process for me! I can't thank them enough for being so quick and efficient! 3 days to do all that work, phenomenal!!

I worked with this company through LL Flooring (formerly Lumber Liquidators) and from start to finish they were excellent at communicating. I had a significant delay due to supply chain problems, but once I received my flooring (Coreluxe vinyl plank) they had everything scheduled within a week. The install (~700 sq ft, multiple rooms) went super quickly. They were right on time, tore out two kinds of flooring, laid the planks, installed the quarter round, and cleaned up everything in just one day. It looks absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased. Very professional and highly recommended.

I recently purchased a distressed house and needed new floors fast. Jonathan with Ray's Flooring was incredibly accommodating and was able to install my engineered bamboo hardwoods within a few days of ordering. Even in a crazy busy market like Charleston (where just getting a contractor out to your house in a timely manner is incredibly difficult), he made the time to meet with me and install the hardwoods within my short window. His communication and expertise was impressive and his install crew was fast and efficient. They were able to install a little over 800 sq ft of hardwoods in a few hours, and the finished product was beautiful. Natural shade bamboo has very different color variations between planks, but even at the speed at which the crew was installing it - they still paid attention and made sure to spread the varying colors out in an appealing pattern. I'm very happy with the finished product, and the only fault I can find with Ray's Flooring is that they don't install carpet. I would have been more than happy to let them handle my entire home's flooring. Great service, speedy install, awesome prices. Highly recommended! Thanks Jonathan!

Jonathan Dunagan is my go to guy when renovating houses. I renovate houses all the time and know my floors will be handled very professional by Jonathan and his crew. They've installed new floors and sanded existing floors for me and always do an excellent job. They show up on time, they work hard and they clean up after themselves. Fantastic work! Jonathan came to meet me for a quote the same day I called. He emailed me a written estimate later that same day (and included his insurance information). Ray's flooring delivered my flooring, ripped up existing hardwood and wall-to-wall carpeting, and installed my new engineered wood floor. After the flood in 2015, a local company recommended Johnathan to me. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He replaced the entire first floor and redid my stairs in matching wood. I highly recommend Ray's Flooring. Jonathan Dunagan and his crew were efficient, professional and affordable. I live in an older home (1948) and with that comes uneven sub flooring. The crew leveled the sub floor and installed the new flooring with ease. They installed over 1000sqft of flooring and were finished before I returned home from work. After completion of the job, Jonathan called and reiterated that if we found any issues with the floor moving forward, to let him know immediately and his crew would make it right. All expectations were met, as promised. Very happy with the finished product.
